DISASTER MANAGEMENT PROGRAM

1. Monga

To support the ultra poor people who are found in Monga affected part of the country, we have established a health center at Ramna of Chilmari Upazilla of Kurigram district. The aim is to cover the longitudinal distance to hold up those ultra poor known as Monga victims. To provide distinctive support in haelth care servicesthe general norms of GK has been broken down in Ramna Health Center. The people could get serviceswithout paying permium from that health center. More than 14 other peer organizations of Grameen Family are also running their special projects to turn the localities as a Monga free zone in response to the call of the Nobel Laureate, Founder of Grameen family of Organizations.
